About the position

This is a consulting assignment for six months with good opportunities for permanent employment. In this role, you will initially be employed by Bravura, and it is stated that AO Sweden intends to offer you employment with AO Sweden in the long term. 💼 Job responsibilities

As a store and warehouse employee at AO Sweden, you will have a varied and social role where you alternate between the store, yard area, and warehouse environment. Here you combine daily customer contact with practical tasks that keep the flow throughout the facility functioning. In the store, you meet customers, help them find the right products, and provide service both at the checkout and over the phone. You ensure that sales areas and shelves are stocked and that the store is easy to work and shop in.

In the yard and warehouse, you receive deliveries, pick orders, and manage incoming and outgoing shipments, while also assisting customers with larger materials and keeping the areas organized. The work involves driving forklifts and handling delivery notes, as well as supporting weekly inventory and maintaining order in the storage areas. The role is mobile and requires you to step in where you are needed most, whether it involves customer service, restocking, or ensuring a smooth flow between the store, yard area, and warehouse.

• Customer service in the store, yard area, and over the phone

• Restocking, organization, and structure in the store and sales areas

• Receiving deliveries and picking orders in the warehouse and outdoor warehouse environment

• Loading, delivery, and support for customers with larger materials

• Forklift driving, inventory, and handling delivery notes

🔍 Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Completed high school education

• Driving license B

• Forklift license (counterbalance and reach truck)

• Work experience in similar store and warehouse positions

• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
